Teriyaki Sauce

1/3 cup soy sauce |
2 Tbs. mirin |
2 ½ tsp. vinegar |
2 tsps. sugar |
1 ½ tsp grated ginger |

Mix well in a small bowl.
Notes and Variations
Excellent baste for grilled fish. Use one recipe for a 12-14 oz.
fillet.
Rice vinegar is best, but works fine with plain white distilled vinegar.
