1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries 1/2 cup sugar 3 Tbsp butter or margerine 1 Tbsp freshly grated lemon peel 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp salt |
1. Heat over to 400 degrees F. Have a 13 x 9-in. (3 qt) baking dish ready.
2. Layer potatoes and apples in baking dish.
3. Cider Sauce: Boil ingredients in a pan 5 minutes or until cranberries
burst; pour over potatoes and apples. Cover with foil; bake 1 hour until
tender.
