Fruit Smoothies

1 ripe banana 1 peach
1 cup pineapple juice 6-8 ice cubes

Peel and slice the banana.  Pit and slice (but do not peel) the peach.

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.  Makes 2 tall glasses full.

Notes and Variations

Substitute other fruits in season to taste.

Hannah Balcanoff adds 1/2 to 1 cup nonfat yogurt, but less ice - try sometime.
