Creamy Garlic Dressing

1 small clove garlic (don't overdo)
2 Tbs. lemon or lime juice
2 ½ Tbs. olive oil
1 Tbs. mayonnaise or yogurt
1 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together.
