|1/2 lb peeled cooked medium-size shrimp||1 Tbl chopped garlic|
|1 pizza crust||6 oz. peanut Satay sauce (Lee Kum Kee is a good option)|
|2 oz. sundried tomatos||sprouts|
|sliced scallions, not an excessive amount||oregano to taste|
|4 oz. mozzarella cheese|
Make basic pizza dough.
Briefly saute shrimp in garlic, long enough to pick up the flavor but not long enough to re-cook the shrimp.
Spread all ingredients onto the crust. Order doesn't matter much, but satay should probably be on the bottom and cheese on the top. It's much like a normal pizza, except with satay instead of tomato sauce.
Proceed as in pizza recipe.
