Grilled Chicken Breasts

Serves 3

1 lb. boneless chicken breast 3 cloves garlic
2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar 2 Tbs. olive oil
1/4 tsp. pepper salt to taste

Preheat grill.
Separate chicken breasts into boneless halves and clean.
Finely chop garlic in food processor.
In small bowl, combine salt and vinegar and mix with whisk.
Add olive oil, pepper, and garlic, whisk again, and pour over chicken.  Marinate at least 15 minutes before grilling.
Grill over high heat for about 2 1/2 minutes on each side.  Brush with marinade after turning.

Notes and Variations

Serve with small red bliss potatoes.
