Candy Bread

2 eggs 1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp vanilla 1/2 to 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 4 slices bread

Combine all the ingredients except the bread in a bowl big enough to lay a slice of bread in.
Dip bread in mixture, coating thoroughly.
Fry well on both sides.

Serve hot, plain or with butter.

Came to Justin in a dream.  Good for those who like their French toast a little sweet, but don't want to go the maple syrup route.
