1/2 cup (1 stick) butter | 1/4 to 1/2 cup Red Hot sauce |
2 tsp. cornstarch | 2 oz. water |
Melt butter. Add Red Hot and boil for one minute.
Thickener: mix cornstarch and water, and add to sauce. This
is an adequate thickener, but try others. Omit thickener if tossing
chicken in sauce,
add if using it as a dipping sauce.
